This fully renovated apartment is located just a few minutes' walk from Neuchâtel's pedestrian zone. Perched on the 4th floor, it offers breathtaking views of the Collegiate Church, the castle, Lake Neuchâtel and the Alps.


The 80m² apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious living room with access to a south-facing balcony, a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

To be honest

  • The accommodation is on the 4th floor of a building without a lift, and the spectacular view will more than reward your efforts. 
  • A railway line runs along the back of the building. An anti-noise wall greatly attenuates the noise of the train, but this can be annoying in the north bedroom if you usually sleep with the window open.

Conditions

    • Minimum stay 7 nights

    • Shorter stays are accepted at short notice.

    • Stays longer than 3 months are accepted under certain conditions.

    • The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. 
    • For long stays, the maximum occupancy is set at 2 adults + 2 children.
  • Stays from 3 to 27 nights

    • Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival.

    • For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before arrival.

    • For cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival, a 50% refund will be applied.

    • No refunds after this period.

  • Stay of 28 nights or more

     

    • Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before arrival.

    • After this deadline, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

  • Our rates vary according to season, length of stay and number of passengers. Rates include :

     

    • tourist taxes

    • utilities (electricity, WIFI, water, heating)

    • final cleaning

    • bi-weekly cleaning for longer stays

    • bedding

    • 1 parking space
